Data Storage and User Responsibility

• Vault uses Google Drive associated with your Google account for secure data storage. Google Drive offers free storage up to a certain limit, after which users may need to purchase additional storage.
• Users are responsible for not sharing any files stored in the Vault directory on Google Drive with others.
• Users must not tamper with or modify any files stored in the Vault folder on Google Drive. If files are altered, deleted, or moved manually, the application may cease to function properly.
• In case of a user’s demise, or on the permission of the user, the stored financial data will be shared with the nominee designated by the user.

Data Privacy

• Vault does not store any user data except for registration details required for account creation and authentication.
• Vault does not sell or share your personal financial data with third parties.
• Your data is securely stored on the Google drive associated with your Google account.
• You can request data deletion at any time through the app settings.

AI-Powered Features

• The AI-powered financial assistant provides recommendations based on provided data but does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
• You should consult a professional financial advisor before making any financial decisions. Vsoft Solutions and consultancy Pvt Ltd or its employees shall not be responsible for any losses arising directly or indirectly on account of any decisions taken based on the data analytics within the software.

Subscription & Payments

• Vault is a paid app with an annual subscription.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
• Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but access to premium features will end after the billing period.
• Vault reserves the right to modify pricing, with prior notice to users.

Limitation of Liability

• Vault does not guarantee 100% accuracy in financial data analysis.
• We are not liable for any financial losses, incorrect insights, or investment decisions made based on app recommendations.
• The app is provided on an “as-is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Updates & Modifications

• Vault reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
• We may add/remove/update these Terms periodically, and continued use of the app implies acceptance of such new terms.

Third-Party Services

• The app may integrate with third-party services (e.g., banks, APIs). Vault is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services
• Users must comply with the terms of those third-party services when using them through Vault.

Termination of Account

• Vault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users can request account termination at any time.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, India.
• Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, India.
